Data Usage Agreement verification/validation API

Description

Define the detailed specification for Data Usage Agreement API in order to ensure portability and interoperability (the API is the same for all DUA Trust Anchors).

The high level specification has been produced, cf. https://gitlab.com/gaia-x/technical-committee/data-exchange-working-group/data-exchange/-/issues/57

The aim of this sprint is to deliver a detailed API specification that can directly be implemented by DUA Trust Anchors. Hence participation of real developers is required.
